Not sure if this has been done but....

All this whilst people are penalised for doing 100+ on the motorway. Its the same old argument, the laws we have are only any good for those of us who are law abiding in the first place.

the sun online said:

A MOTORIST has been jailed for four months after being caught driving while banned 71 TIMES.

Paul Heard, 41, was first convicted in 1985 and has flouted the law ever since.

In the latest case, the jobless decorator was spotted by cops behind the wheel of his Ford Mondeo just weeks after completing a jail term for the same offence.

JPs in Thetford, Norfolk, were stunned by his record. But they could only jail him for four months because the maximum penalty is six months — and they had to give him a third off for pleading guilty.

Last night road safety campaigners called for tougher sentences for repeat offenders.

Brigitte Chaudhry, of Roadpeace, said: “This man’s driving record is a disgrace. I would like to see a maximum sentence of five years for all unlawful drivers.”

Amy Bowen, of Brake, added: “His past punishments have clearly not been a deterrent.”

Heard, of Toftwood, Norfolk, has already been jailed twice for driving while banned.

Magistrates have also ordered the DESTRUCTION of his cars, but he always gets another one from a backstreet dealer.

He has a total of 253 previous convictions — and is subject to four separate driving bans.

Sgt Colin Barrett, of Norfolk Police, said: “When he gets out it won’t be long before we see him driving again. I wish I knew how we could stop him.”

In another multiple drive ban case, a motorist was warned he COULD go to jail for five years if he offends again.
Jonathan Hutton, 39, was given a five-month term after clocking up his 72nd conviction for driving while disqualified.

Surely given this man's record, he could be done for 'contempt of court', as he seems to quite blatantly showing this.

it also seems to be say something about his driving and/or typical car for him to be even stopped so many times. I've said on here before about my getting frequent stops during BMW ownership, but this guy's apparently had lots of different cars.
