Who does the intake decoke near Norwich or Kent? Audi s8 v10

As I love the old girl to bits, I feel it deserves to go as well as it looks. It could barely outrun my mates golf gt Diesel the other day! I'm thinking it's blocked up. Apparently a lot of black smoke under acceleration too. Any recommendations for a manifold clean up / cost?

In Kent there's SW Autos south of Maidstone (TN27 8JY) who have a done carbon cleans on B7 RS4's & C6 S6's (same engine as the S8) and Stuart (owner) has his own RS6 so he knows the cars well.
