....the one you you can see when the spoilers down, how do you get it out?

There is a little switch in a panel situated on the right hand side of the footwell. If you push that upwards the spoiler will come out.

I think each end of the lens has a cover on it (lens coloured), flick those off, then theres a screw (i think...?) on each end. Take those out and the body should come with it.

So the lens just flick out.
