A BBC reporter just posted this over at SafeSpeed. Cross-posting here because I'm sure people have mentioned they were caught there in the last thread about this:

U turn over speed camera blunder)

BBC News Interactive journalists would like to hear from anyone who lost their licence (or job) after receiving a fine and penalty points for exceeding the 40mph temporary speed limit on the A303 at Folly Bottom between May 2003 and August 2004 and have had their fine refunded and penalty points removed.

You can speak to us either on the record or in confidence.

Please ring 0117 9747747 and ask to speak to to Dickon, Neil or Ian.
Or you can email us: bristol@bbc.co.uk

Many thanks.

Fastshow - have you posted this on Pepipoo too? I think there were some people on there who were caught.

I wonder whether they would also like to hear from people who were caught but haven't had their fines refunded.

What about those that lost their licences? And those that lost their jobs as a result? There's a bigger story there!

What they're after is someone who has been punished with loss of licence and/or job who has been confirmed as innocent. Obviously the easiest measure of that is if they've had their fine refunded...
