Sorry for starting another topic but the last one has been closed.

Support@pistonheads.com doesn't seem to work I'm afraid. I've tried it before and get a permanent failure and another attempt just now sees the same result. As mentioned, every other channel has not received a reply so now a bit puzzled! Should I not be trying to contact a mod or something? Apologies if that is against posting rules or somesuch.

Thanks.

Is it a mod you need or someone at Haymarket?

I think a mod would be better as it's a question around moderation and ultimately not something serious enough to be worth Haymarket themselves being involved with I guess.

Thanks - that didn't seem to work before but I've just tried again so hopefully someone will get it smile

jeremyc - FYI - the fact that the support@ e-mail address doesn't seem to work was raised recently in another thread a few weeks ago (I think in ref to the unfortunate experiences of some of the attendees at that supercar weekend which was combined with a Sunday Service).

I remember that James replied in that thread and asked one of the tech team to make sure that either that e-mail address was activated or that it rereouted to another address.

Slightly disappointing to see that what would appear to be a simple technical change has not yet been carried out. frown

They put you in it and it's the only part of the forum you can see and access.

Hi there,

It seems like the tech guys haven't fixed the suoport@ email address - not sure why but I'll chase in Monday!

My inbox is always open though! James.drake@haymarket.com (or as JeremyC says hit report!)
