[RESOLVED] Advertising Difficulty

Why is it so difficult to place and edit an ad on this website? Also why does no one man the pistonheads e-mail and respond when you have a question? Trying to get a car advertised before I go away in a couple of weeks and losing a week while I wait for the ad to actually appear in the right place on the website.
