[ANSWERED] My post containing a video has been removed

I posted a video link earlier that has just been removed. I have been a member of this forum for over 10 years and at no point have I ever tried to post anything for personal gain. My hobby and interest is cars and posting some videos I have done should surely be what a forum is all about? Where is the personal gain? Why would it drive traffic away from Pistonheads? If people find interesting topics on Pistonheads they will return? Perhaps I am missing the point?

What is the purpose of a this forum if we cannot share videos of car related material? What is the difference between posting photographs to videos?

In my view it makes this forum less interesting if we cannot share material we find on the Internet. I appreciate not everyone will agree with this, so I would be interested to hear the views of others.
