Anyone know what this bug is please? Lots of them flying around and they like garden salad.

They are about 1cm long black with orange middle and they have wings.

Looks like the Larvae of the Asian LadyBug. Shouldn't have wings though?

Looks very much like a Ladybird larvae. Ferocious eater of aphids.
