What do you have in mind when you mean taking a company public?

Simply bringing in an outside investor - angel investor, VC, private equity etc?

Or a private placement/full share issue to members of the public?

I took my company public on AIM, made lots of mistakes, made some good decisions, learnt a hell of a lot. Always like to help fellow entrepreneurs. Happy to discuss over PM.
