Logo embroidered clothing

I'm trying to get a small quantity of clothing (shirts basically) with my logo on them.

I only need a couple, but I'd like them to be decent quality, not nasty cheapo nylon or polyester 'uniform' shirts.

And I'd like the logo to be embroidered in a specific colour.

Any suggestions? I've tried googling and looked at a couple of sites, but they're not terribly intuitive, don't seem to give any idea of how it would look and/or there doesn't seem to be a choice of colour for the logo stitching.

Thoughts or recommendations welcome.

the main cost is having the logo made into a computer model for the machine embroidery process. After that the cost is minimal for further quantities. ..... as far as I am aware!
My MIL makes all the embroidered stuff for their local bike club... T shirts, Shirts, Jackets,flags, Patches etc etc.

It was several years ago though.

Try Shirt Attack in Taunton - they were recommended to me but I have yet to use them.
