Motor Yacht (50 to 60ft) running costs

Thinking about purchasing a £300 to £350K motor yacht and keeping it in a good marina on the med. These are the rough figures I have on running costs .. am I right?
Mooring £18,000
Servicing £2,000
Exterior cleaning£1,500
Interior cleaning£1,000
Maintenance £3,000
Insurance £1,600
Fuel £3,000
Depreciation £25,000

Charter £22,500 15 days at £1.5K gross a day
£32,600 cost a year

doesn't sound totally unrealistic.
have you looked at bedsonboard.com... might be a nice to put some cash back in the pot without too much overhead.
i've got a few motor yachts for sale in the med, but i could happily put you in touch with a couple of brokers (one here in the UK and one in the s.of.france) who are specialists in this market and most importantly are absolutely top notch guys.
are you going to cannes boat show this week? if not, it's certainly worth a quick flight down as it is motor yacht heaven (and the weather is looking good for it too!)
