The speedo on my '98 Chim has packed in, and the people Power use to rebuild have a turnaround time of (wait for it...) 3 MONTHS which is frankly ridiculous.

It is what I guess is the later speedo with a digital readout under the needle, and a white face...

Just posting on the offchance that someone might have a working spare that they would be prepared to sell me - please let me know if you do...

Many thanks,

Dom

If you cant get an original Speedhut in the US can basically copy the look of it from a photo or can make you anything you like.

If you’re sure it’s the speedo at fault, give the guys at ETB Instruments a call, they’ve just matched and built a bespoke replacement for me within a couple of weeks, at what I consider a very reasonable price.

Thanks Craig,

TVR Parts can get one made to order too, it's just the associated time penalty in getting one made to order.

Garage has already had the car for 3.5 months for what should have taken a few weeks, and I've not had the car since May frown so am trying to see if there's one available before I lose the *entire* summer...

Thanks Greyhulk - saw that one but totally different from original...

Thanks to all that responded - problem now solved so no longer required.

Cheers all!
