Hi, I have recently bought a property in France, that will be converted into a a five bedroom (chambre d'hote) boutique hotel, a 60 cover restaurant, a pair of two bedroom apartmentsnd garaging for four ofive cars.

I need some plans drawing up to submit to the authorities for approval.(already have outline approval)

I am happy to pay for the work, but would prefer to offer accomodation in the gite (self contained chalet) or our guest rooms in my existing house, for someone that can help.
