Just Cause 3 Style Games

Afternoon, i'm a huge fan of JC3 as I was JC2, but having now completed JC3 a couple of times I'm after something new.

Any other games (PS4) that have a similar format & depth to JC3? Like the fact you have a huge variety of challenges, tasks, modes of transport & a massive map to play within.

Anything else likely to take my fancy As I've got bored of the CoD/Battlefield genre.

Also, any decent Driving or Flight sims for the PS4? I have Project Cars which I'm not a big fan of & am eagerly awaiting Gran Turismo so show it's face for the PS4.

GTA is probably the closest, Far Cr as mentioned, Assassins Creed/Shadow of Mordor games are great for completionists too

Thanks, I'll give them a look but other than GTA (which I've never got into), are the others close in style to JC3 as some have a historical theme etc.

Saints row would be my opinion of closest to JC3. I've played both SR3/4 and JC3 and both have lots of big explosion, sandbox city, weird humour, modern/slightly future setting.

Saints Row 2, despite looking very dated, is still the best of the series. Really hope they make part 5.

Can't help with suggestions, but I think you mean JC3 has breadth, not depth. There's nothing deep about that game. It's just explosions.

Far Cry 4 is a belter, its a massive open world with lots of different challenges. Its one of the best games I have played on PS4. It is also the only game that has kept me interested enough to platinum. Its been out a while too so pretty cheap.

Fiar point. Was referring to the variety within the game, especially with the 2 recent Expansion packs.

Mafia 3 due out soon.. looks very GTA style (excellent soundtrack too)
