Noisy adverts

Over the past couple of days I've noticed more than one of the adverts that appears part way down the page to start its own video with soundtrack without intervention from me. I thought these were being discouraged?

The most recent was a Cadbury advert and I "think" I've seen a Disney World ad do the same.
