What should I charge for social media and blog management?

Good evening all,

A client has asked me to write his blog, keep his social media pages updated and run a facebook PPC campaign for him. Nothing too complicated at all however I really have no idea how much to quote. Please hold in mind that my field is shooting, directing and making promotional films. Minus the Facebook PPC campaign I do all of the above myself and have a good idea of how much time it takes however I am not sure that I should provide a quote based on an hourly rate. Also what should I charge for the set up of his Facebook page and PPC campaign?

Any guidance or advice is greatly appreciated.

If you have specialism in PPC and social paid advertising, charge on a % of monthly spend (maybe plus setup).

If you don't have those specialisms, might be an idea to decline and point towards experts, as PPC advertising is a quick way of turning a fortune to pennies if you do it badly.
