There is the remains of a small stately near me in Devon, its belonged to a scrappy for many years and the whole stock is being sold off. Many old bikes, loads of signs and an awful lot of 1950 onwards cars

Have I missed something or is it an auctioneer who knows nothing, various 1931s cars are being described as "MOT exempt" do they mean tax exempt

Any car pre 1960 is both VED and MoT exempt.

This place was on the TV programme Salvage Hunters with Drew Pritchard . I would love to go but unfortunately it is too far away . I would imagine auction fever will push the price of the cars , motorcycles and signage beyond what they are actually worth however there will be bargains amongst the uncatalogued lots of parts and other detritus .
