I suspect not. 718s has bigger brakes than 981s and there isn't much clearance on a 981s on 18s.

Nobody seems to know, even Porsche. I've got a set of 981 18" winter wheels/tyres at Hatfield and my Boxster (non S) is arriving in two weeks. They're going to try the wheels to get the answer. They suspect they will fit.

Seems odd that the factory can't give an answer.

However the S brakes might be a bit bigger?

Out of interest why are you going from a Boxster to a Cayman whereas I'm going from a Cayman to a Boxster. Is there something I should know?

S brakes are bigger. Non s brakes are the same size as 981s brakes, so you should be OK.

Would you mind asking them if the 18's would fit the 718 cayman s?

Thanks
