Advice please lunatic driver

Im fully aware of a driver in a big powerful v8 car with very noisey exhaust big rediculous wing .Hes young who likes to drive erratic during the day when ever you see him in the car .Hes always showing off And on many occasions you are woken up around 12 pm ish at night with the guy driving along our seafront exceeding what sounds like well over 100 to 150 mph flat out then racing around my housing area for around half an hour absolutely flat out ! tyres screeching .on the limit in every gear .Woke me up again last night I lay in bed feeling physically sick waiting for a huge crash I couldn't get back to sleep and had to close all the windows .You can hear it miles away using the town as a racetrack.I don't mean a quick throttle blast but like a racing driver on speed .I can only imaging drugs involved as its that reckless.I have never heard anything so reckless .I reported it to police a few weeks back but an ex copper customer of mine said the police will just ignore my complaint .I didn't ask the operators name unfortunately as I should have but I begged her to report it before someone or someone's family will be killed without any doubt 100% fact .The cars well known around town and all I speak to say the drivers a lunatic .Ive been told not to get involved by family but it's hard knowing someone's going to be killed by this guy.
Any policeman on here may advice me via pistonheads .

Film him.

Get in there with as much evidence as you can. Get it on YouTube, send it to your local papers along with proof you logged numerous activities with the police.

Then when he kills himself or God forbid someone else, the police will be up st creek.

Tell us a little about yourself. You seem to be a very astute character.

Talk to your local PCSO.They often have an email address and may even come to your house to discuss. They vary.

If that fails, key a diary/log and make an appointment at your local police station to discuss with an officer (not a civilian front desk)

If that fails talk to your councillor about the noise nuisance and your concerns

If that fails, talk to your MP about the failure of the above 3 to engage with you.

You don't have any evidence of his alleged crimes? So he is just a knob driver who in your opinion is too loud and too fast.

You do realise the number of walt type characters that the police get reports from on the regular? Why would yours be any more use?
