Credit checking customers
Discussion
Hi
I've a small wholesale business, dealing with smallish numbers of customers and invoices in the 3-15k range on average. What would the experts recommend that I use to credit check new customers at the moment? I tend to operate a pro-forma basis initially and when trust is established but would like some other method to check as some smaller retail customers will generally expect credit terms, although other wholesalers usually are happy with the current method.
many thank

You can set your customers up so that you get notified of significant events such as dissolution, strike off, CCJs, accounts submitted, etc.
