I'm currently looking for a new agent to manage my properties in Plymouth. Any landlords on here who can make a recommendation? it's a mix of student renters and young professionals.

I look after about 300 student places and some civilian stuff but am Exeter based and dont do Plymouth I have some clients who do Plymouth so will ask.

I imagine fees are roughly the same

fully managed 10%, if there is lots of it we can come down to 8%

tenant find only 50% of month one's rent (we do viewings, AST, move them in, collect deposit and month one rent then hand them over to landlord)

use a letting agent not an estate agent. Fine one that is NARL/ARLA registered. Make sure they are established and good reputation.

I'd happily recommend both Beresford Ward and also properylinks. Have properties with both.
