Had an accident in my car - not Porsche

So PH didn't like my posting in another section and moved it to Porsche General despite no relevance to Porsche other than I only usually post here, then closed the posting.
I have a few cars, this accident happened in another car i use for family duties...
In short the President of a company that sets standards drove into my car at low speed then tried to drive off, refused insurance details and Police had to attend.
The damage to the car was cosmetic, but my point was cathartic and that the other famous driver could have just said, let the insurance companies sort it out with the CCTV and been more responsible especially given his position.
I also said he was Petit, but in fact meant petty. For those that responded - thanks. For PH, not sure why it was moved to Porsche and then closed, but hope this is ok?
