did i see a forza league?

I am sure i briefly saw some sort of PH forza league on here a few weeks back but got distracted and forgot about it.

I am in no means advanced ( not played it for nearly a year ) but i keep meaning to brush off the dust and set it up..

Love the idea of a mini league with challenges and restricted races etc .....

Can any one point me in the right direction?
