Currently free and worth a download. It's no simulator but it's a pretty decent arcade game with plenty of cars and areas to explore.
They even have monster trucks in the DLC - Wild Run.

I have this on PS4, completed the single player and have been massively frustrated with it ever since. For me they have nailed the hardest bits, they have managed to get the whole of the USA driveable with roads and locations that change to mimic the real life locations. They've also got a good selection of different cars and bikes which all fit into the game nicely and personal customisation that looks great.
Then they ruin it by making the grind for performance parts worse than my time in FFXI mmorpg, it also has no way of generating money post completion unless you cheat or are an elite robot in multiplayer. However both those two pale into insignificance because Ubisoft let the monumental dumbass who did the vehicle physics in watchdogs do the same here and after the 1,000's time my car hit a small elevation change in the road and speared off sharp left/right I gave up.
