steak bbq 'toast rack' thing - does it exist?

wondering if such a thing exists?
When I BBQ steaks and thick pork chops, I like to hold them on the edge so that the fat gets a really good sear on the heat - its a bit of a faff to do with tongs, especially when you have a few on the go - I thought someone must have invented a gadget to do it?
I'm envisioning something like a slightly more industrial toast rack that you could slide the steaks/chops into and it would hold them on their edge over the embers to get a really good sear.
I have googled, but probably googling for the wrong thing as I haven't found anything so far, so thought I'd turn to the mighty PH for suggestions.
