Starter motor

Hello
Where do i get a new good quality starter motor for a 3.0 Essex V6 (3000S) with the solenoid on top of it?
Its getting really hard to find them over here.

I know that the Lucas P100 ones had the same innards as Triumph 2500 engines - but you would probably have to change the 'Top' (where it bolts to bellhousing).

Just suggesting in case this may be another source for parts.

The hi torque ones are adjustable on the end flange so the solenoid can be rotated to suit wherever you need it. If there's no room at all then there's a US Ford one I have that has a remote solenoid.h
