ID me an aircraft please!

Saw these at Carcassonne airport. Whilst we were on holiday they were flying every day, in formation, often at relatively low level. No idea what they are or what they were doing but presume something to do with French fire service?

Grumman S-2 Tracker,used as a firebomber, I reckon

Wow, v quick, thanks. Should have seen it was a Grumman, given the nose and cockpit look.
