I quite like Rapha jerseys and shorts, seem not bad value for the quality of materials etc but this is just taking the piss:

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=Giro+cycle+helme...

Giro helmets, £40 - £200

Stick a Rapha sticker on it:
http://www.rapha.cc/gb/en/shop/rapha-helmet---blac...
£230
You would have to be a helmet to spend that much.

They'll sell them though. Maybe not lots, but they'll sell.

Not to me though, not until they're proper cheap in the outlet, if that ever happens.

The giro equivalent is the synthe which sells for £200 (discounts available). Still doesn't explain why you'd pay extra to have Rapha stamped on it.

Hardly. Synthe is a damn good lid (I am biased wink )

I paid £160ish from Evans couple years back.

I would recommend trying it on first. It's a bit small relatively
