He's a journalist, he's been a journalist for years, just because he is also a car nut and has had a short spell on Top Gear doesnt mean he's going to turn down decent work just because its not car related. You may just as well ask WTF Peter Purves is doing on Crufts? surely he is a Blue Peter presenter.

Hammond needs all the work he can get!

As you probably know he has recently bought a smashing Dodge Charger (I think that's what it is)
He needs to pay for it now!

He did the boat show as well. Hooned about in a retro speedboat. Presumably chosen 'cos it made the boat look huge?

We went shopping yesterday (a very rare happening in our household). Mr Big was looking at shirts in Gap and wanted my opinion on one. "No way" I said - "its horrid." "Whats wrong with it" he said. Took me a while before I worked it out - it looked like one the dwarf from Top Gear would wear.

Was thinking about getting a poodle as my next dog... but won't, know I know they eat hamsters!

This is his 2nd year on Crufts anyway!! Not the big news everyone seems to be making out.

I love him.

I don't own a barbie so he's just going to have to marry me instead

Are you sure I can't interest you in Ken???
He's slightly taller than Hammond and a better conversationalist.....

...and he's in his robe waiting for you, Lois!!
