Upgrading Rear Brakes on the S3

I’m sure this must have been discussed before, but since at present I can't seem to search on the PH www. I get the message "Search temporarily disabled" if I do. Thought I’d post.

Does anyone have any experience of upgrading (or even can they confirm if it is possible to up grade) the S3’s rear brake drums to disks?

My appraisal of the S3 is that there are some things that need to be improved if possible. Brakes is one of these.
