Well.... If finally joined the next gen.... I hadn't used my 360 for over a year and wasn't sure I was wasting my money ... What have I found.... Well I have a pc that can run any of todays games at 1080p and full detail without braking a sweat.... I appear to be rebuying loads of games from my Steam collection to play on the Xbox.... AND actually playing them....

I'm not sure if you are asking a question or making a statement.

I think you're making a statement which is: You have a meaty enough PC, but you don't bother using it for games very much. Now you have just bought an XBox and are now using it to play all the games that you bought on you PC.

Is that it ?

So many caveats if this is going to be console vs. pc debate. From my experience unless you're building it yourself then buying a pre-built PC that can match the performance is going to be more expensive than a console. However the utility of a PC is pretty awesome in comparison and since buying my PC in March I have barely turned on my PS4 and it just sits there gathering dust. For me it does not help that the consoles have not really had any top quality games on them unless you are into FPS or Footie, so a back catalogue of older games which are easier to get running on my PC has kept me interested smile

I might dust off my PS2 though as there are so many games on that which are tons of fun! smile

I'd go PC everytime. Just for the flexibility, and there are cheap games aplenty out there.

I have just built a new HTPC, so have the old one kicking about if you want to drop me a PM.
