Spaghetti.

In the passenger footwell behind the carpet I have a jungle of wires and relays.
Is this normal or should they all be neatly fixed into place and, if so, where & how?
The relay block which is held in place by the 11mm bolt is ok but the loom is a mess.
Any advise or is this the same in all Chimaera's?
