Arin, a very common problem with earlier cars, in fact in all Gaydon era cars. It is often described as being caused by poor paint preparation and sadly is not covered by the corrosion warranty - this only covers true corrosion i.e. Rust.
Many on here have had their cars resprayed with a goodwill contribution from AM, but this very much depends on who you deal with. Have a chat with your local dealer and see what the reaction is.
Not great news I know given you've just bought yours, but it's a very common problem.

I have the same issue on my 07 V8V. Spoke to the AM works in Newport Pagnell an they agreed to make a contribution to the re-spray costs. However, it was 2K +VAT with their contribution.
I have shopped around and found a better deal from a bodyshop that AM use for some of their respray work.
