Driving to work this morning down the country lanes, spot a rabbit at the side of the road, it see me and hops across the road left to right, then back again before deciding it wants to lose at chicken.

I blinked first and decided not to mow it down, the question is, if I did dispatch it with the front of the car am I going to end up with a repair bill?

Checks to ensure it's not half term.

Why would you hit anything, if you could avoid it?

It's likely to cause some damage or make a mess you have to clear off.

I would rather not run anything over, trouble is bunnies with mixy seem to use cars on the road as a cure and I dont know if a 911 is likey to be damaged if it is unavoidable.

Well it won't help the front rads and I wouldn't want to have to clean rabbit innards out. wink

if you do hit it, it will smell something rotten for ages on the radiator. I hit a small bird once... was NOT fun cleaning it out but at least I had the zunsport grills fitted. Imagine a decent sized bunny would be a new rad at the minimum without the grills.

Depends on how fast you're going and how low your Porsche is. Reaction time and brakes also helpful in reducing impact velocity.
