Help to buy ISA limit?
Discussion
Looking to buy first place in the next few months, myself and partner both started the HTB ISA when launched last year and have maxed out the contributions so far.
The houses we're looking at are around the 250k ballpark. If for example we find somewhere for 260k, is there anything that can be done to still qualify for the HTB 25% bonus? The rules state "have a purchase price of up to £250,000", how is purchase price defined?
TIA

Not unless the government raise the limit or you maybe able to agree a price at 250k and pay the extra as fixtures and fittings. The houses we're looking at are around the 250k ballpark.
