can someone explain please which parking offences (besides the blindingly obvious ie. on zigzags) are endorsable. Do double yellow line offences carry points?
Double yellows don't carry points but can be a real pain to shake off once you get embroiled in the system.
Boosted.
Parking/Leaving a vehicle in a dangerous position!
