Any Motor Yacht Owners Live near Burton Waters, Lincoln?
Discussion
Maybe a bit of a cheeky ask, but I'm on the South Coast and interested in buying a Princess V42 for sale at Burton Waters.

For me its 4 hours each way so a full day's commitment to come and view if its not as good as pictures/broker says.
For a 12 year old boat, 250 hours is incredibly low and surprised it needed new interior upholstery.
I'm concerned that it's either a) Been used as a floating holiday home so interior much more warn than 250 hours would suggest, or B) Been poorly stored unused and got damp inside hence the need for new upholstery - this could also mean warped joinery, veneer lifting, tell tale mildew marks to wall ceiling coverings/curtains etc.
If there's a PH Yacht Owner near enough to go onboard and give me an impartial opinion (nothing binding of course) it might just save me wasting a day travelling up, only to find the broker's stringing me a line that it's the proverbial peach.
Thanks
