which model Tillett in Caterhams?
Discussion
As Stuart says they are bespoke, but the closest is the Tillet B6 model.

But also remember there are three different types of tillet seat currently fitted to the model range, either as standard or as an option.
They are the composite tillet seat, which is available on the R models or as an option.
Then there is a carbon Kevlar tillet which used to be standard on the R500 models but can be specced as an option or alternative now.
Finally there is the current carbon tillet seat fitted to my own Superlight Twenty model and standard on the 620R,

I hope that helps.

Sorry Stuart, I was just referring to the fact that even tillet themselves refer to the b6 fitting in a Caterham.
They even have this on the web page, although it does show the standard (?!) 620r

Out of interest which model from the current tillet range does fit in a standard S3?

B6 fits just fine - Tillett will supply with the rolled edge removed for Caterham fitment. I've got one :-)
On the weight front, although I don't know the exact weights of each, lifting the B6 out or the Caterham one I have in the passenger side doesn't seem to be that different. They are both GRP in my case. The B6 is more comfortable if you wear a helmet as the headrest is tilted back slightly compared with the Caterham version.

I have seen a B4 in a Caterham but it's a very different seating position - more reclined. No personal experience so don't know if it was an easy fit. Also looks like it's side mounted so you'd need the brackets and might need to drill new mounting holes in the floor of the car. The B6 is near identical to the Caterham specific seat apart from the headrest being reclined slightly and the belt holes bigger. The other alternative is the W1i which is the same shape but no headrest - you then fit a headrest to the roll-bar - a few of the Caterham racers use these.
B6 will fit if you specify caterham fitment.
I had these in mine, removed and replaced with w1i carbon low backs. which is effectively the same shell shape (But I find much more comfortable)
The B4 is lovely, but as yet they don't do a low back version of this shell.
When they do, I will have one in mine
