AD TROUBLE No reply on Email or any answer when calling ?

Hi,

I am trying to put my car up for sale. I have emailed piston-heads about the issue i am having also tried calling 3 times now and even left my number to call but no success. No phone call back or reply to email.

Anyone help .... ??

Still no Ad up and running yet , another call this morning where couldnt get through and another email sent .. no reply again . Customer service is shocking.........

I have also emailed repeatedly today as your telephone lines are not open at weekends with you having accepted payment for my car advertisement today and you have listed in wrong category and I cannot change this. I need this sorting asap please as I've paid to have my vehicle listed in the correct category in order to successfully sell! Could someone come back to me ASAP. Thank you

I love it. PH have listed your car in the wrong category, because you don't pick the category yourself or confirm all the details before posting the ad, oooh no.

They probably should list customer service opening hours with the email address though.
