F1 calendar 2017 - tbc?

I'm keen to book flights to Shanghai for the 2017 Grand Prix.

I see the calendar has been released, but all dates are TBC. Should I book in confidence that they are unlikely to change? Or realistically could the dates be rejigged?

They can and do move a bit prior to being finalised in a month or two. It would be brave / stupid to book now imo.
