Yes that's correct. The RS2000 was introduced to fit between the Mexico and RS1600. There was also a Lotus twin cam earlier on, again not as reliable as the pinto engine in the RS2000.Was it the RS1600 that had the BDA engine which is a nightmare to rebuild and cost a small fortune?
