The ship may be sailing already but does anyone know of a fund/share/vehicle to buy mexican peso currency?

All I can tell you is that my investment in Aberdeen Latin American Equity Fund is up nearly 65% compared with a year ago. Has about a 20% exposure to Mexico, 60% Brazil, 10% Chile and the other countries are tiddlers.
