Yeah same method - a ring spanner that is offset by about 40mm. Although I think I use a 9/16" rather than a 14mm ;^)

The technique is to get a 15mm spanner from the under side of the PAS pump - it can be done that way or a 15mm socket on the end of a universal extension straight down from above. I had to do this Sunday - make sure your bolt is clean with a spot of grease to aid movement. It's fiddly to get the bolt start but it is do-able.
