Word Language Settings

Our Terminal server has word installed on it for all the users. The problem is that the system seems to always set the users language in Word to US.

I need to remove the US language support from Word so the users only get UK/English.

Is that template controlled?

Can you change normal.dot to reflect the correct language settings?

I've tried this and Word still decides to put US instead

Our Normal.dot file has English UK set but the next time I open the normal.dot file it has US set as the language...
