Anyone own a LHD E36, preferably an M3?

If so please let me know. I need to buy a throttle cable for my newly built LHD M3 compact rally car but as it was converted from RHD the chassis number doesn't tally so BMW can't track one down on their system. Can't you go into a site like bmwfans.info and enter the car year and type to get the part number? Main dealer is quite capable of doing the same but they probably don't want the aggro if the part they recommend doesn't fit.

Thanks, that's really helpful. I'll contact a main dealer tomorrow and see if they can order that part number
