Can somebody tell me the order in which the copper brake pipes screw into the 3 holed slot in the body please? (i.e - rear in the top one, o/s 2nd down, n/s bottom one).

As I mentioned on another thread, I've lost the memory card that has a lot of the 'resto strip' pictures and footage on it frown

Many thanks
Cad

Anyone?? Even a picture would help. I can't put the engine back in until this is done frown

Although I couldn't finish rebuilding the engine yesterday because I found a chipped brand new follower, out of the box from Kent cams. Also one that had a few spots of rust on it. But the rusty one I can use after sorting it... I wonder how long it'll take Larkspeed to liase with Kent to get another one out cry

IIRC the sequence is as follows :-

Top of alloy block - rear of master cylinder
Next down - front of master cylinder (side)
Next down - front of master cylinder (top)
Bottom - clutch

Or does it not matter whether the fronts (top two holes in block) are in their sided orientation or not?

Cheers

Be very careful Caduceus, mine had the rear brakes being fed from the uppermost union! the only true way to know is to follow the pipework to the master cylinder and work out to which union they should be connected.

Meh, you'll soon figure it out when you press the clutch pedal to change gear and the rear brakes lock up hehe
