Erection problems during sex

Recently I have started going out with a new girl and we are now at the stage that we want sex. We have had oral sex together which I loved but for some reason when it comes to having sex my penis goes flaccid. It's erect when we are in bed together and she is playing with it but as soon as we prepare to take it further it goes away.

This will be my first time having sex and I really do want to have it with this girl. Usually we "flings" last a few weeks and then we part ways. It's really frustrating me and and I'm getting quite embarrassed. She is also annoyed about it and I think if it doesn't happen soon I will be single again.

Sorry..... From my point of view take the whole bloody tablet and nail her to every flat surface in the house. After about six hours you will be bored with the erection.

Thanks for the replies. It happens when I put the condom on. I really want to wear one so that I don't end up with babies. She is on the pill and has suggested doing it with no condom. I wasn't sure so held off lol.

Seriously:-

Don't just take a girl's word for it that she is on the pill, and even if she is, they only have to (genuinely) forget to take it once.

Five minutes pleasure...Possible twenty years maintainance payments.

Are you a virgin? Wasn't sure from your post. Either way, I'd imagine it's the same problem, nerves. Most guys will have been here at least once.

Relax, and don't idolise the girl. Chances are she's just as nervous as you. Viagra will work, but you don't want to become reliant on it, as the one time you don't have it you'll find yourself in trouble.

Condoms might cause a problem, and I can empathise with you. It's feels a bit silly for sure, but it's worth using. I speak from several experiences.

If she's prepared to leave you because of this then she isn't worth bothering with. Most blokes will have had exactly this problem, the main thing (and most difficult) is to try not to think/ worry about it.

Its not a problem its normal when using condoms, in my experience anyway, the act of putting on a condom properly isn't very sexy and is turning you off, get the condom on (perhaps have a practice on your own), get her to turn you on again (snog, dirty talk or whatever works for you) then slide that baby in.

Don't let it get to you, its normal.

Other problems you might get that are normal, being erect but not being able to ejaculate/orgasming, ejaculating without orgasming, not going flaccid for hours after ejaculate/orgasming.

It might be worth trying the "spoon" position, can be a bit easier if erection not up to scratch. (I initially had similar issues with condoms in my young single days)
