I have a peugeot partner 2.0 hdi 2004, 137.000 miles and I want to do a Oil change, I was thinking of putting Shell 10w40 in it and change it every 5000-6000 miles. Is the oil ok for that engine/millage ?

What is the OEM oil? OpieOils suggests 5w30.
