Folks,

No this isnt a look at me I'm buying a Rolex thread.

Long time decision process (about 2 years to decide to go for it) but this weekend I hope to be walking out of a shop with a Sea Dweller 4000. This is how I do things, get interested / obsessed then take ages to decide its the same with my cars.
The watch has been brought in for me as despite always having one everytime ive looked over the 12 months, they havent had one for a couple months now so have brought one in.

Very quick question, what papers etc should I be getting, is it just a book or two inside the box (instruction manual / warranty details perhaps)and then one or more plastic credit card type bits. Or should there be any actual A4 paperwork ??

Thanks in advance.

Ryan, which model is it? Is the watch new or pre-owned?

Nice. It should come double boxed (possibly with white sleeve), watch with two swing tags, SD4000 instruction booklet, leather sleeve containing warranty card with guarantee booklet (terms and conditions).

That should be it.

Enjoy it, it should be worth the wait!

Thanks Dom

Really looking forward to it. I have a Speedmaster 50th anniversary and so this is going to compliment and top my small but perfect in my opinion collection.

The sea dweller will be a life long keeper for me and something to pass on to my kids. Such a perfect timepiece wanted one since I set eyes on it.

Roll on Saturday !

Cool, I've got a couple of unworn 16600 Seadweller (the previous version) aside for when mine are old enough. All part of the enjoyment of collecting is the ability to pass on...
