Just flicking TV channels and came across Britains sexiest. Tonight they Had Air Hostesses (PC term?dunno, don't care, this is PH for christ's sake).

So here's the question.

Which World Airline would receive you nomination for having the sexiest Air Hostesses?

cheers

I dont know about sexiest but most of the short haul flights Ive been on have been staffed by absolute mingers or those women who were probably quite tasty 20 years ago and are now ditched in make up.

that programme is terrible. kerry what's-her-name had her mighty weapons covered up as well so there really wasn't any point in watching last night.

it's well known that airlines like BA put their older more wrinkly hostesses on long haul flights. they keep the younger, more attractive hostesses for short flights like edin to heathrow so that they make the airline look better and more youthful. same sort of thinking that puts fruit and veg as first thing in supermarket so you thihk everything in shop is fresh. also they always have alcohol at the end of the shop cos you're more likely to make impulse purchases then.

I would have to agree with the Gulf Air comment. Also I was at a bar in Abu Dhabi a few weeks ago and there was the entire cabin crew from China Air there as well. You may not get to your destination but you'll definitely die happy!!

Similar to how Macdonalds put the 'better looking' people on the till (hey its all relative) and the absolute growlers at the back where no-one can see them making your food.

Well, have you actually wondered what the 'special sauce' is actually made of?

It has to be KLM - I use them quite often to fly back home from Holland, and those tall, tanned Dutch women do it for me!

British Airways without a doubt. Although saying that I do find that on the whole that stewardesses politeness and standard of speech has dropped over time.

On the other hand, a girl from TWA came over to me and asked if I would like some TWA Coffee, which I declined but would quite like some of her TWA Tea...

I find Virgin Atlantic very pleasant and easy on the eye for travelling to the US, not sure about Virgin Express or whatever it's called.

I agree KLM are good, but on average there are a few older models in their crew, Dutch policewomen ... now that's another case altogether.

Yet another vote for Singapore airlines.

There was a rather Jekyll and Hyde SAS stewardess on a recent flight I took to Norway. She was very pleasant during the flight, but when taxiing along the runway after landing and someone foolishly took their seat belt off and stood up, she bellowed out "SIT DOWN RIGHT NOW!!". Definitely not to be messed with.

My personal favourites are the blondes on Alitalia - tall, slim and drop dead gorgeous.

Malaysian Airlines. Made a thirteen hour flight feel far too short.
